quote和offer都是报价的意思，有什么不同呢

从法律的层面讲有很大的分别的：

Quote是报价，但报了价有权不卖，

Off髫潋啜缅er是提出有条件的交易，只要一方Offer，另一方表示Accept。Offer和Accept双方即自动产生合同关系，Offer一方不可不卖。
