SAP PSI of BOM deviate and rectify solution

1、The current BOM structure in PSI could be simplified as down diagraph；

2、The present BOM configuration is much deviated from the actual producing course；

3、The similar status for 975204061 Bootmat local G38；

4、The BOM usage created in PSI were not so accurate as actual status；

5、There must be some material buffer existing between adjacent operations；
